Exchange or Return of Goods

At Norva Klyne, every product is custom-made to order, so all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or not as described. If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence (such as photos and a detailed description).

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund as applicable.

Please note that returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or misrepresentations are not accepted.

Can i modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 5 hours of purchase. Since our products are made-to-order, once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
