At Norva Klyne, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our Premium lifestyle products. Due to the custom nature of our made to order process, every item is made individually, and as such, all sales are final—except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns


  • Custom and Personalized Items:
    Products created specifically to your design or specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Defective or Misdescribed Products:
    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible cases will be considered for a refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Claim Submission:
    Contact our customer support team at Support@norvaklyne.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographic evidence.
  • Review:
    Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, will initiate a refund or arrange for a replacement.
    Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Return Process


  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    Returns are accepted only for products that are defective or not as described.

  • Return Authorization:
    Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product (if necessary).

  • Exclusions:
    Shipping costs, handling fees, and any customs or import duties are non-refundable.

5. Fulfillment and Production Considerations

  • Production Timelines:
    Please note that production times and product quality are managed by our fulfillment partners. While we strive to meet all quality standards, slight variations may occur due to the made-to-order process.
  • Third-Party Guidelines:
    Any issues related to production or shipping will be handled in accordance with both our policies and those of our fulfillment partners. Your claim will be reviewed in light of these guidelines.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

7. Ship And Save

  •  What counts towards the $75?
    Only the total cost of the items in your cart before shipping and taxes are added. This is your "Merchandise Subtotal".

  • Q: When do I get my credit?
    We add it to your account within 24 hours of your order shipping. You'll get an email!

  • Q: How long is the credit good for?
    Use it within 30 days of your original order date. After that, it expires.

  • Q: What if I return something?
    If you return the whole order, the credit is cancelled (or deducted from your refund if used). If you return part of the order and your item subtotal stays at $75+, you keep the credit. If the subtotal drops below $75, the credit is cancelled/deducted. See full policy.

  • Q: My order came in multiple boxes. How is shipping calculated?
    You get 50% back on the total shipping fee you paid for the entire order, no matter how many boxes it came in.

8. NK Reserve Refund Policy

NK Reserve Credit

  • Credits earned through shipping rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

  • Promotional credits (e.g., 50% shipping rewards) expire 30 days after issuance and will be removed from your Reserve if unused.

Reloaded Funds

  • Funds that you personally top up into your NK Reserve remain valid with no expiry.

  • Reloaded balances can only be used for Norva Klyne purchases and cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash.

Refunds to NK Reserve

  • If you choose to receive a refund directly to your NK Reserve, the credited amount will be available for immediate reuse on future purchases.

  • Refunds applied to your Reserve cannot be later transferred back to your original payment method.

Returns Impact

  • If you return an order and had received shipping reward credit (for qualifying orders over $75), that credit will be revoked or deducted from your final refund if you already used it.

  • In the case of partial returns, if the adjusted subtotal still meets the qualifying threshold, your NK Reserve credit remains active. Otherwise, it will be voided or recovered from your refund.

Lost or Inactive Accounts

  • Norva Klyne is not responsible for lost, deleted, or inactive customer accounts where NK Reserve credit is unused.

  • Please ensure your account remains active to retain access to your Reserve balance.
